The Path of Remembering

I’ve always been deeply curious about life and the unseen threads that connect us to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater.

From a young age, I felt a deep connection to the unseen aspects of life and the subtle language of energy that surrounds us. I was naturally attuned to the emotions of others, the shifts within a space, and the quiet experiences that often go unnoticed. Over the years, I learned to trust this sensitivity and the intuitive awareness that came with it.

Life has truly been my greatest teacher.

My teenage years changed everything. Shortly after my grandfather passed away, I had an experience where I felt his presence, and he shared with me that I was going to become very sick, but that I would be okay. Not long after, exactly that happened.

While this was one of the most challenging seasons of my life, it also became one of the most transformative.

As I moved through my illness and searched for understanding, I began to recognize that what I was experiencing physically was deeply connected to my inner world, the emotions I carried, the experiences that shaped me, and the parts of myself that were asking to be acknowledged and understood.

This realization was my initiation.

I began to understand that healing was not simply about addressing physical symptoms. It was about recognizing the connection between mind, body, spirit, and the energy that flows through us. Looking back, I can see that season of my life as a turning point, one that shaped both my path and the way I understand healing today.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to continuing this exploration through personal experience, ongoing learning, and deepening my understanding of holistic healing practices. I remain endlessly curious about the human experience and continue to be inspired by the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of nature, and the many ways life invites us to grow and evolve.

One of the greatest lessons my own journey has taught me is that healing is deeply personal. Each of us has our own path, our own timing, and our own way of returning to ourselves. My role is to hold space, offer guidance, and honour what is ready to unfold.

I don’t believe transformation comes from collecting more answers. I believe it comes from deepening the relationship we have with ourselves.

As I continue to grow, I feel less of a need to prove who I am and more of a desire to simply be present with who I am becoming. My offerings continue to grow alongside me, shaped by my own experiences, continued learning, and the wisdom life continues to reveal.

Outside of my work, you'll usually find me playing with my dogs, creating nourishing soups, sipping a cup of medicinal herbal tea, or spending time outdoors in every season. I find so much joy in the simple things: a vibrant sunset, the quiet magic of watching the moon rise, the synchronicities that feel like gentle reminders, and those moments when two people speak the very same thought at the exact same time. I believe life is constantly communicating with us in ways both subtle and profound.

Healing is not a destination. It is a lifelong journey. It is an honour to walk alongside others as they reconnect with themselves, trust their own inner wisdom, and remember what has always been there.
